SMOKING YOUTHS GET THE WRONG MESSAGE
I would like to thank the Chico police for not arresting any of the
30 or so high school kids on 4/20. Thank you for sending the message
to today's youth that it is all right to smoke marijuana, especially
in our beloved and kid-friendly park.
