LEGALIZING DRUGS WOULD CALM BORDER VIOLENCE
The border violence has one cause: drug prohibition; not U.S. demand
for drugs.
We have lots of demand for the drug caffeine, yet we have no crime
associated with it for one reason.
It is legal.
