FELGER WILL EARN RESPECT

Re: Frustrated Felger enters B.C. race, Tuesday's Times:

One day marijuana-legalization advocates like Tim Felger will be
regarded by history in the same light as civil rights activists,
women's rights activists and gay-rights activists.

The people who decry and work against these drug law reform activists
- - the prohibitionist cops, knee-jerk hand-wringers and government
officials - will then be regarded in the same way as the racist,
misogynist, homophobic dinosaurs who fought against those other causes
in the past.
