CAN'T POT CURE EVERYTHING?
I read "Marijuana law could change" (March 23) about medical
marijuana user Elvy Musikka and had to wonder just how stupid must we
get before it is all over.
Why do we need embryonic stem cell research when we have Oregon
marijuana? Now through Ms. Musikka and her quack doctor we find that
marijuana can cure blindness. We already knew that it cured hair
loss, athletes foot, hangnails and every imaginable ache and pain you
and your pot smoking doctor could come up with; but blindness? Wow!
Ms. Musikka moved to Oregon after her arrest for growing marijuana
and because Oregon pot was so much better than what she was getting.
That is a pat on the back for Oregon.
Another pat is that 21,500 Oregonians are getting medical marijuana.
That means at any time there may be as many as 21,500 pot-smoking
drivers on the road. If that doesn't send tingles up your leg,
nothing will.
There is not one single record of anyone with a medical marijuana
card who did not smoke dope before they found a problem that
marijuana would fix. Problem is, if pot is so great why did they get
the problem in the first place? Why did not the pot stop the problem
from happening? Cured blindness.
Most of you, especially those smoking pot, will not remember that the
reason for the "so-called need" for smoking dope originally was to
give those on cancer treatment an appetite, not to cure or stop the
pain.
Ms. Musikka, take a pill. I know you cannot smoke a pill, but the THC
is still there.
