VYING FOR CONTROL

Does letter writer Jacob Hunter seriously believe that if we wipe out
the half-billion-dollar Canadian market by legalizing pot the
gangsters will then walk away from the $6.5 billion U.S. market?

We will have even more gangsters vying for control of the legal
pot-growing industry in Canada so that it can be illegally shipped to the U.S.

If you need proof, look at prohibition in the U.S. Where did the
gangsters set up their production of booze? All along the Canadian
border and that's where all the corruption and violence involving
gangsters occurred.
