TO GET RID OF GANGS

I can hear the cheers from the public, feeling safer that some
alleged gangsters have been denied bail. This can only be a false
feeling of safety.

When a gang loses a member, it only opens a spot for a new member.
Now someone else can carry on the job left undone -- fighting off competition.

The only way to truly feel safe is to take away the gangs' purpose
for existing -- profit from selling illegal drugs. Legalize drugs and
it would be possible to decrease the use of drugs -- and certainly
decrease crime.
