ASYLUM IN U.S.

My letter is in reference to the asylum that Mexican citizens come to
seek in connection with the drug cartels in Mexico. I would think that
this situation could spill over to our country, especially if the drug
cartels are searching for some of these people.

It would be easy for them to come looking for them, or they could pay
someone to do their job.

I would think that it would be better to send them to other countries
that are not neighbors with Mexico. It would be harder for them to be
found.

We need to think about our own citizens' safety before giving someone
else safety. Send them to Canada, Europe or Australia -- anywhere is
better than jeopardizing us.

And it would be really safer for them, the ones seeking
asylum.
