LETS THINK RATIONALLY ON MARIJUANA ISSUE

If Al Capone were with us today - and controlled the presently
illegal California marijuana empire as he once controlled booze in
Chicago - he would be very concerned, indeed, about the current
discussion of liberalizing laws which would, of course, put him out
of business again and instead transfer billions of tax dollars to our
state coffers.

I don't happen to smoke the stuff myself, but one doesn't need a
"marijuana high" to appreciate the obviously hypocritical and unfair
situation we have created for ourselves - and others who have been
incarcerated - at the expense of rational thinking.
