U.S. POLICY ON DRUGS HAS BIG REPERCUSSIONS ABROAD
I would point out that decriminalization does not remove the criminal
element from the cannabis equation. This can be only be done by
treating cannabis as we do alcohol and tobacco, through regulation and
taxation.
