THERE ARE MANY VICTIMS OF DRUG USE DESPITE PLEA
Editor, The Times:
Stan White of Dillon CO expressed his opinion that with most drugs,
there are no victims.
Mr. White should visit the Downtown Eastside equivalent in nearby
Denver to acertain from drug users that their actions affect no one
else in the community. He may want to stay up to date with the news of
drug cartels in towns along his country's border with Mexico killing
each other and the police who intervene.
He could ask relatives of now-dead innocent bystanders in Mexico
whether they are unaffected by the actions of American and Canadian
drug addicts.
Mr. White, through his many letters, is naive of the ways in which
drug-use victimizes.
