Re: "Gang violence is a story that won't go away," Feb. 21
It's surely a sad day when the director of a major television news
organization apparently does not know about the many experts and
regular folk alike who believe, as happened in U.S. when Prohibition
was ended, that gang violence will end when the drugs being
distributed by those gangs are made legal commodities.
