The Feb. 8 State Journal-Register carried an article, "U.S. policy on
medical marijuana poised to change, experts contend."
The article states, "The president believes that federal resources
should not be used to circumvent state laws ..."
Is this the same president who promised to sign the Freedom of Choice
Act that would trample on all state laws that limit abortion?
