DRUG LAWS VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTION
Whose rights are affected by Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Bakken of Lynnwood
for using marijuana? ("Praise the Lord and pass the joint," Feb. 4).
No one but theirs.
Therefore criminalizing the smoking of marijuana is unreasonable
regulation of their liberty and property rights and violates the
Fourth and Fifth Amendments of the Constitution of the United States.
And nobody cares.
