SIMPLE SOLUTION: CATCH THE GROWERS
In reading your article on the lock on Whiskeytown's South Fork
Mountain Road, it sounds like the procedure in place is reasonable.
However, here is an idea: Have the park officials and the sheriff
enforce the law. In other words, nail those who are growing marijuana
illegally. Seems pretty simple to me.
