POLICE NEED TO HEED VOTERS' DECISION
To the editor:
I think Lt. Seimasko and the Newburyport Police Department need to
start focusing on the real crimes. I do not know why they are
focusing on a non-issue! Over 7,000 voters of Newburyport voted for
Question 2. Why would creating bylaws and fines that would further
increase the civil $100 fine for marijuana make any sense when us
voters of Newburyport made it clear what we thought.
