LITHIUM DOSAGE

I hope the recent City Council leadership gives the lithium-dosed El
Paso citizens a clear indication of what it takes to have El Paso pride.

From an overtaxed, sanctuary city, with no industrial base and now
the laughing-stock of the country -- thank you, Lou Dobbs for the
real recognition we deserve. Light up and smoke 'um.
