THANKS FOR TELLING IT LIKE IT IS

Re: "A Preventable Tragedy -- Drug users share the blame in officer's
death," Friday Editorials.
This editorial is one of the best if not the best editorial ever
written in The Dallas Morning News. Thank you for boldly stating the
truth without apology. The tragic loss of this fine police officer is
heartbreaking for his family and the community.

This citizen stands with you on the right side of that door, the side
of law and order and right as opposed to wrong.

Hopefully, your editorial will wake some people up who are on the
fence about drugs.
