TWO DEAD, ONE IN HOSPITAL AFTER TAKING DRUG MIXTURE
KAMLOOPS -- Two men have died and a woman is in hospital after
apparently taking a combination of drugs in Chase, east of Kamloops.
RCMP Constable Bill Taylor says the drugs may have included crack
cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana, and one of them may have been
contaminated.
The two men who died were aged 19 and 51, and the 33-year-old woman
who is in hospital was the girlfriend of the older man. Police are
investigating reports the drugs came from a dealer in the Scotch Creek
area.
Autopsies will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
