ANY DRUG DEAL IS A BAD DEAL

It was reported on page 3 of the Friday, Nov. 28 edition of the
Chilliwack Times that the RCMP suspected that "a drug deal gone bad
was behind an altercation."
Exactly what is a drug deal gone bad? If money and drugs changes hands
without an "altercation" is that a drug deal gone good?
Just wondering.
