Re: Editor's note to Mindelle Jacobs's column "Law's gone to pot." The
response states
that "If there's a law on the books it should be enforced to the hilt." So,
if the
writer gets a speeding ticket, has a dirty yard and gets a bylaw ticket or
has parking
fines or library dues, they best not cry or contest. They are laws being
enforced, after
all.
