Let's go one better than saving $20 million with Insite, and start
generating real revenue. Build a government-subsidized pawnshop right
next door to the supervised injection site to save addicts the
walking, and we could buy back our stereos and jewelry at half-price.

It could adjoin a government-subsidized auto body shop where our
smashed windows and ripped dashboards could be fixed while we check
out the latest and best home alarm systems, car immobilizers, pepper
sprays and self-defence courses that are being offered -- the
possibilities are endless!
