drugs helps
either. We have Vancouver that has their safe injection sites. Safe for who?
What
average person would walk that street? Just because so many people commit
illegal acts
does not mean that it is not a crime, otherwise car theft would be legalized
as well.
Drug abuse is the cause of most criminal activity. Legalizing it will only
make things
worse.
