POLICE ARE NOT EXPERTS

true, but sadly
often ignored by the press, that the police are not experts on social
science or public
policy and have an inherent conflict of interest in wanting to propagate the
current war
on drugs. They should never be quoted as experts on drugs or drug abuse.
