WARD OF THE COURT

My mother also has permission from Health Canada to smoke marijuana
for pain, but she is not an inmate in a provincial jail. When in
jail, basic rights are suspended. You become a ward of the court. You
must wake up when you are told, go to sleep when you are told and use
the toilet when you are told.

Why does Dean Samborski think he should have the right to smoke
marijuana? He should have thought of that before he decided to steal.
