DEPENDENT ON DRUGS

I'm not surprised the RCMP is funding its own studies that paint the
safe injection clinic Insite in a negative light.

Of course the RCMP don't support "the legalization of any criminally
illicit substance or anything that encourages its use." That
organization has everything to lose and nothing to gain from the
legalization of drugs. The millions upon millions of dollars they
receive to police illegal drugs would be money denied to them if drugs
were legalized.

Isn't it a huge conflict of interest on their part to be funding and
supporting these studies?
