Re: "...what went up your nose Saturday Night" (Rick Bell, Sept, 25).
He is absolutely correct about neo-"yuppies" and how their wealth
translates into the "high life" and subsequent proliferation of gang
related cocaine operations. The only solution to the cocaine issue is
all or nothing. Either you declare total war and cut off at the
source and be completely backed up by "their" governments to wipe out
crops continually or you stop messing around and legalize and control
it. Why is it 20 and 30 years ago cocaine was so available and
equally illegal that "gang violence" was unheard of?
