TWO CHOICES FOR NEEDLE EXCHANGE
Here are two needle exchange locations to consider -- city hall and
the legislature building.
Both are centrally located, with the bonus that elected officials
might actually recognize the problem and deal with it and get people
the help they need.
It should save the program money, as we already own the
locations.
