A grand jury will convene in El Paso, Texas, today to decide
whether to charge a group of Marines in the shooting death of a
high school student while they were on an antinarcotics opera
tion on the U.S.Mexican border.
Esequiel Hernandez, 18, was shot dead by one of a group of four
Marines in the Texas border town of Redford on May 20.
