HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ Attorney General Mike Fisher
announced that two defendants involved in two separate drug investigations
pleaded guilty yesterday before Wayne County Court of Common Pleas President
Judge Robert Conway.

Fisher said Janet Santini, 40, of Greentown, pleaded guilty to delivery of
cocaine and possession of cocaine. He said she was charged along with 11
others in October 1996 for her role in a cocaine conspiracy in Wayne, Pike
and Monroe counties. The Attorney General said the investigation was
conducted by agents of his Bureau of Narcotics Investigation (BNI), the
former Wayne and Pike Counties Drug Task Forces and the Tenth Statewide
Investigating Grand Jury.

Santini was a cocaine customer of Albin Feigenwinter during 1993 and 1994,
who also distributed cocaine to others. Fisher said Santini faces up to 11
years in prison and a $105,000 fine.

Fisher said Scott Long, 27, of Uniondale, pleaded guilty to possession of
marijuana. He said Long was charged in December 1996 along with 17 others
following an investigation by BNI, the Wayne County Drug Task Force and the
Eleventh Statewide Investigation Grand Jury. Long was a marijuana customer
of Charles Bodine.

Fisher noted that Long faces a sentence of one year in prison and up to a
$5,000 fine.

Senior Deputy Attorney General Fran Sempa, who is prosecuting the cases, said
that sentencing for both Santini and Long is scheduled for September 25.
