Headline:Dead druglord's assets confiscated by Chile
Chilean officials said Wednesday that they have seized 11 luxury cars and
raided mansions rented in Santiago by Mexican druglord Amado Carrillo
Fuentes,who died in Mexico after plastic surgery last month.

Chilien and Mexican antinarcotics police kept close tabs on the movements
of Carrillo,who was in Chile from May to July 3, Deputy Interior Minister
Belisario Velasco said.

"It's clear that Carrillo Fuentes,who died in strange circumstances on July
4,was in Chile, made contacts. ...People came who were working for his
cartel,"Velasco told reporters.

A Mexican television program reported Tuesday that Carrillo,who had been a
fugitive from justice for years,was planning to move his drug cartel to Chile.
