A Texas grand jury Thursday decided against indicting a U.S. Marine who
faced possible murder charges for shooting dead a teenager herding goats
near the Mexican border in May,officials said.
"The decision is a nobill," Presidio County District Attorney Albert
Valadez told reporters outside a courtroom in Marfa,where a grand jury
investigated the death of 18yearold Esequiel Hernandez.
