GOVERNMENT AS DRUGGIST

I guess it's what the government does best, steal from some citizens and
give free to others. The plan to give seized marijuana to sick people
couldn't be dumber or more immoral, but it is predictable. As with those
needle exchange plans, citizens are asked to provide free products for drug
users.

So let's get this straight. The government forbids a popular product, which
causes the price to skyrocket to where it's out of reach to many who want
or need it and allows the confiscation of the product from the producers.

Then it "compassionately" gives the stolen product to other people it deems
more worthy of it. I'm for making all drugs legal for adults to purchase
over-the-counter, but even I don't want to fund drug users, neither medical
nor recreational ones, especially by stealing it from the growers.

And why is marijuana, a very safe drug, different from stronger morphine
and cocaine, both available at the pharmacy? Drug reformers, don't fall for
this! Government created the tremendous drug profits. Now it wants its
share of them.
