IN SEARCH OF RATIONALITY
To the Editor:
In his otherwise reasoned column on Ross Rebagliati (Sports of The Times,
Feb. 13), George Vecsey urges the International Olympic Committee and its
member federations to "formulate a rational policy toward marijuana." Good
idea, but I rather doubt that the I.O.C. will have any better luck than our
own Federal Government.
