HEARING FOR DRUG FINDINGS
CONROE [TX] -- Findings from an investigation into the disappearance of
cocaine from a Montgomery County constable's evidence room will be
presented to a grand jury in April or early May, authorities said Friday.
Ruben Garza, a district attorney's investigator, estimated the drug's
street value at $700,000 to $1 million.
Precinct 4 Constable Travis Bishop, who reported the cocaine missing from a
New Caney evidence room late last year, had estimated that it could be
worth $4 million.
