Let me make sure I have this right: Texas operates the "largest prison
system in the free world." I think that statement is called an oxymoron.
How can a state operate the largest prison system in the free world and
be part of the free world?
And who is in Texas' prisons? The vast majority are nonviolent drug
offenders.
Wake up, Texas. There is no pride in being a prison gulag state.
