KEEP PROGRAMS TO HELP FIGHT DRUGS

The war on drugs through education is working. Unlike Prohibition, which
was directed primarily against adults, this war has two fronts, adults and
youths. Teaching youths about the pitfalls of using drugs is working.
Through education they can better avoid the temptation and peer pressure to
experiment with drugs. As long as the drug problem continues the teaching
must continue. Do not give up on DARE and other programs that concentrate
on our youth, for they are our future. "Awareness is the key to
prevention."
