Dear Editor:
The Church of Cognizance is attempting to use Zoroastrianism as a
cover for marijuana use.
While the ancient literature does indeed refer to the use of "haoma"
in the past, there is no record as to the specific plant used, nor is
haoma included in Zoroastrian religious practices today.
This is an attempt to subvert an ancient religion and our
constitutional freedoms at the same time.
