FBI ARRESTS ONE OF FIVE

(NOGALES, AZ) -- FBI agents have arrested one of the five suspects wanted
for shooting and killing a Border Patrol agent. Agent Alexander Kirpnick
and a partner were pursuing five suspected marijuana smugglers near Nogales
this week when he was shot in the head. The other four suspects are thought
to be hiding in the mountains north of Nogales.
