WESTMINSTER: Q&A: ECSTASY TESTING
George Howarth, a Home Office Minister, said in response to James Clappison
(Hertsmere) that kits testing for the presence of ecstasy are of doubtful
value. But the Government does not intend to introduce specific controls on
the supply of the kits.
