GIRL HAS CHANGE OF HEART

(DOVER, Del.) - The 10-year-old girl who wanted to divorce her mother has
had a change of heart.

Samantha Frazer now says she wants to live with her mother, Victoria, after
a two-week visit with her. Samantha's current family, the Gladus, of
Hartly, Del., who want to adopt her, say two weeks is not enough time for
Samantha to make that decision.

The little girl had sued to terminate her mother's parental rights on the
grounds that Victoria was a former crack cocaine and marijuana addict who
abandoned her. She will now be reunited with her mother as per the original
Family Court order on August 1.
