RECREATIONAL DRUGS
Editor -- People have sex for fun. It makes about as much sense for
the taxpayers or medical insurance to pay for Viagra as it would for
them to pay for my recreational use of Demerol or quaaludes, should I
prefer that to enhancing my sexual performance.
