WHY STOP AT NEEDLES!

SO, MR MOORE wants the Government to supply needles to addicted prisoners
to minimise potential harm. Why not go the whole hog and provide prisoners
with male and female prostitutes at the public's expense to minimise the
potential of inmates being raped?

Prison sentences should provide an opportunity for restitution and reform.
The only honourable approach would be to implement a detoxification program.
