PARAPHERNALIA SELLER GUILTY
Saskatoon (CP) - A merchant's campaign to decriminalize marijuana received
a setback Friday when he was found guilty of selling drug paraphernalia.
But an angry Mike Spindloe said he will carry on the battle, vowing to take
his case to the Supreme Court of Canada if necessary to fight a law he
considers unjust.
"I'm disappointed we are going to have to carry on," said Spindloe, owner
of the Vinyl Exchange, moments after Judge Sheila Whelan announced the
verdict.
