In the past week the following new editors have started posting to your
service: Don Beck, Ghamal de la Guardia, Pat Dolan and Will McKenna.

We welcome the new members of our team! With an average of about 40
articles per day, the help is very much appreciated! Additional new
editors are still in training, and will be introduced once they start posting.

You probably noticed a few rough spots in some of the posts of the past
week. Yes, there is a significant learning curve to this editing/posting
volunteer work. I trust you will forgive the few mistakes we all make (but,
if you see a serious error, like an incorrect source, please send me a note).

One newshawk sent a note asking about how many people use this service. We
would prefer not to provide the numbers, not because we are not proud of
them - we are; but because some would consider using the figures in a
competitive way. We are not in competition with all of our friends who also
provide various internet services related to our issue!

Just know that the numbers are very, very large, indeed! Newshawks, each
article you post reaches a very diverse world wide audience. And it is
added to a database of well over 15,000 items which is used by authors,
reporters, and other folks doing research every day.

Thus your efforts are appreciated by a great many, Newshawks!
