Dear Newshawks:

We are trying to reduce the number of duplicate posts of the same item to
the news service. As the number of newshawks continues to grow, the chance
of the same item being sent in by more than one newshawk increases.

We have just added software code to roboeditor at editor@mapinc.org - where
you send the items, that checks for identical previously posted items and
sends them to the same member of the editing/posting team who should then
be able to verify if it is a duplicate.

But this only works if all the newshawks use the headline of the article as
the Subject: of the email sent to editor@mapinc.org - roboeditor only
checks email subject lines for duplicates!
