TULSA WOMAN ARRESTED ON METH COMPLAINT

A local woman was arrested Friday on a federal methamphetamine complaint
that also lists her son as a suspect.

Carla Arzola, 52, made an initial appearance Friday afternoon in the Tulsa
courtroom of U.S. Magistrate Claire V. Eagan.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert T. Raley said Arzola was arrested in Tulsa
County on Friday morning by Drug Enforcement Administration task force
agents and agents from the U.S. Marshal Service's Fugitive Task Force.

Arzola, also known as Carla Tiffey, was named in a complaint Tuesday along
with Billy Tiffey, who was captured and made his initial appearance
Wednesday.

Raley said Arzola and Tiffey are mother and son.

Raley said the case will be presented to the federal grand jury in Tulsa
next week.
