What a typical knee-jerk media reaction splashed upon your editorial page
toward Mark Mcguire's admitted use of androstenedione. McGuire has been a
consistent power hitter from his first at bat in little league. His use of
androstenedione will not make his home runs travel any farther than they
needed to go.

Mark McGuire's not hitting home runs, the drugs are. He's not the person I
would want any child to look up to. He's making a statement that a person
can't accomplish anything unless he/she is taking drugs.
