THE PERILS OF MUSIC JOURNALISM

A reporter who interviewed Willie Nelson before a gig in Long Island, N.Y.,
last week told the New York Post that he was so stoned afterward form
breathing in secondhand smoke from "at least six joints" smoked by Mr.
Nelson that he couldn't find his car. "When I left the bus my head was
spinning....I was forced to get a hotel room in a Holiday Inn across the
street." In a candid reply, a spokesman for the singer told the Post the
incident was "possible."
