BRITAIN can stop child drug abuse the same way America stopped child
alcoholism in the 1920s and 1930s - by legalising drugs and regulating them
for adult use.
During America's alcohol prohibition every high school had its own
bootlegger and schools were closed because of student drunkenness.
Because of our insane laws it is now easier for a child to get heroin than
buy a beer.
Ending drug prohibition will get rid of the playground drug dealers.
