TEST DOCTORS FOR DRINK
I WAS terrified to read that many junior hospital doctors admitted taking
illegal drugs and drinking heavily.
No wonder the British Medical Journal reported that each year up to 45,000
patients in Britain die because of medical accidents and mistakes. Why are
there no plans for spot-testing doctors?
